How to use this site.

Thank you for your interest in registering on our website. Here are some step-by-step directions.

  1. Review the definitions and roles.
  2. Check to see if your organization is already listed in our database by going to the search page and entering its name or clicking on the first letter of your organization.
  3. If your organization is not listed, please add it.
**If your organization is already listed, the key contact for your organization will be listed. Please communicate with this person if you would like to get involved.
  4. You can then provide information about the opportunities you are willing to offer, such as the contact person and your preferences.
  5. Once your organization and opportunity information are reviewed and approved by the Site Administrator, your opportunities will be accessible to educators and students.
  6. If someone requests one of your opportunities, you’ll be contacted by a school coordinator.
  7. After the opportunity occurs, complete an evaluation form to let us know about your experience.
  8. Visit this site often to monitor your organization’s information, view or post other resources on the Resource Exchange, and gain new information (Announcements, Other Sites).
