If you sign up for this program, you are responsible for following this guide and meeting any additional expectations required by your school district. See your school coordinator.   Search the database for opportunities and submit a request for the one(s) you are interested in. This is automatically e-mailed to the site administrator, who will contact a coordinator from your school.   A school coordinator will contact you within two weeks; you will need to obtain and have your parent/guardian sign a permission form.   Prepare for your job shadowing experience.   JOB SHADOW at business   Complete an evaluation form and submit to your coordinator.   Send a thank-you letter to the job shadowing sponsor.   Complete follow-up activities.   If you have any questions, contact the site administrator.
